Welcome quilters and fabric collectors. My name is Scott Griffin and I live in sunny California. Los Angeles to be more specific. Quilting is my hobby and my passion. I’ve been quilting now for almost 18 years. Recently I started my own company where you find patterns and some great inspiration. Leave me a comment and let me know what you think about my blog.
May I use your photograph of one of the quilts on display at the Ontario Museum of History and Art for a brief piece I am writing for our Southwestern Anthropology Association Newsletter? The one I want to use is the brightly colored one with somewhat irregular squares, triangles, and squiggly lines. (Can you tell I am not a quilter?) I would, of course, give you full attribution as photographer (if that is the case) and to your blog as the source of the photo. Does that work for you? I can send you a digital copy of the newsletter when it is out in a week or so. Thanks in advance!

Think I’m gonna try this in the Burma silk I got at Road. Might make a nice wall hanging.
And a modern one in cotton for philanthropy of course.
Good pattern in a bigger size than usual.
