I tried to think of an excuse not to drive all the way to Palm Springs. The thought of a quilt show and vendor merchandise was just too much for me to handle. We went last year and had an amazing time and saw so many beautiful quilts. I was a little apprehensive, hoping the show would meet my expectations. It was awesome! Most of the time when I am asked if I saw anything exciting I could say ‘I saw a couple pieces that I liked’…this wasn’t the case for Quiltfest Oasis. There were so many incredible quilts and I tried to get as many pictures as possible. Beautiful quilts and great vendors make my stash so very happy. Palm Springs wasn’t as warm as other areas of Southern California this past weekend and although sugar melts….I did just fine.
